Command Ships
Three tiers of command ship with a passive fleet-wide attack buff. Each command ship is individually tracked with its own name, rank, and XP.

Command Ship XP
Command ships earn XP from raids and expeditions and rank up through seven tiers: Commissioned, Blooded, Proven, Renowned, Legendary, Mythic, and Eternal. Higher ranks grant passive bonuses to attack, fleet speed, defence, raid loot, and cargo capacity when the ship is in your fleet.
- Name your command ship from the gear icon on the Chart or Overview page
- Each ship levels independently and shows its rank and XP progress
- Command ships are protected when your port is defended but can be lost if a raid you send fails
- Losing a command ship destroys its name and XP permanently. protect your veterans
New Ships: Treasure Hunters
Exploration vessels that find rare materials on successful raids and scouting expeditions. One per fleet. the best tier applies.

Relic SeekerMediumSpecialistA legendary explorer's vessel crewed by archaeologists and divers. Finds rare materials and occasionally relics.A find may turn up a relic as well as materials.Finds: May bring rare materials home from a won fight.Attack 10Hull 100Cargo 120Speed 4 Finds 15% Relic Seeker (Shipyard 8) 15% chance to find rare materials. Salvage Barge
The Salvage Barge now has a purpose. After combat, it recovers 20% of the build cost of all ships destroyed. yours and the enemy's.
Rare Material Economy
Steel, aged rum, and bronze are now required across more of the game:
- Galleons now cost bronze
- Flagships cost aged rum
- Admiral's Carrack and Man-o'-War cost all three
- Research level 7+ requires rare materials
Trading Overhaul
- Trade modal. click Trade on a port to see their offers, pick amounts, and auto-fill your fleet's cargo
- Trade button now visible on protected ports (trading is peaceful)
- Sellers now receive detailed notifications showing what was traded
Raids
- Treasure map fragments now drop from successful raids (20% from NPCs, 10% from players)
- NPC raids no longer void your beginner protection. raid pirates safely during your first 7 days
- Achievement progress bars on the achievements page
Account Security
- Email verification on registration
- Password reset ("Forgot password?" on login page)
- Change email and password in Settings
Fixes
- Offline resource production no longer over-counts when buildings complete while away
- Flag editor works for players whose current flag has locked colours
- Charted tile count includes your own port (11/12 fixed to 12/12)
- Endgame material icons (steel, aged rum, bronze) now display correctly
- "No ships available" / "No fleet slots" shown inline instead of silent failure
